Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between Duet Audio (hereinafter “the Merchant”) and any person wishing to make a purchase (hereinafter “the Customer”) on the website https://www.duet-audio.com (hereinafter “the Site”).

1. Acceptance of the GTC
By using the Site or placing an order through it, the Customer unconditionally accepts these GTC and the Privacy Policy.
Before placing an order, the Customer must check the box “I acknowledge having read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy.”
2. Severability
If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
3. Modification of the GTC
The Merchant reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Site and will apply to orders placed thereafter.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (logos, texts, images, videos, trademarks) is the exclusive property of the Merchant. Any reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without prior authorization.
5. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In case of unavailability after order placement, the order will be canceled and the Customer notified by email.
The Merchant reserves the right to withdraw or modify products and information at any time.
Product descriptions are not contractual. The Merchant’s liability cannot be engaged for minor discrepancies not affecting essential characteristics.
6. Delivery Fees and Conditions
Subject to availability, the Merchant commits to delivering the order within 30 days from the order confirmation sent by email.
The Customer must verify the condition and conformity of the products upon delivery.
Delivery fees are calculated automatically during checkout, based on the contents of the basket and chosen delivery options.
7. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are PayPal, credit card, and bank transfer. The Merchant may modify these methods at any time without affecting ongoing orders.
8. Contract Formation
The Customer guarantees to be of legal age or to act with the authorization of their legal representative.
The Site is open to both individuals and professionals. These GTC apply to both categories.
The order is confirmed when the Customer validates their cart and completes payment. A contract is formed upon the Merchant’s email confirmation.
The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of their order before validation.
9. Order Refusal
The Merchant reserves the right to refuse any order without justification.
10. Transfer of Ownership and Risk
Products remain the Merchant’s property until full payment is received.
Risks transfer to the Customer upon delivery.
11. Legal Warranty and Compliance
The Customer may invoke legal warranty for non-compliant products by contacting customer service within 2 months from delivery.
The Customer may request replacement or refund, subject to returning products in their original condition and packaging.
12. Hidden Defects
In case of hidden defects, the Customer may request a price reduction or refund upon return of affected products in original condition and packaging.
13. Right of Withdrawal
Individual Customers have a 14-day period from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, goods unsealed for hygiene reasons, or goods inseparably mixed with other items.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method, excluding return shipping fees.
14. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise this right, the Customer must explicitly inform the Merchant and return the products in their original condition and packaging.
15. Force Majeure
The Merchant shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to force majeure events such as fires, strikes, IT failures, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control.
16. Amicable Dispute Resolution
The Customer may seek free mediation for dispute resolution. The European Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
