Shipping
We prepare and ship your orders within 2 business days after payment is received. To ensure speed and reliability, we work with trusted carriers: Mondial Relay, Colissimo, Chronopost, UPS.
Each shipment includes a tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time, regardless of the chosen carrier. Delivery can be made without signature or with signature upon delivery according to your preference. Please contact us if you wish to opt for delivery with signature; additional fees may apply.
Shipping fees cover order processing, packaging, and transportation, calculated based on the total weight of your order. To minimize your shipping costs, we recommend grouping your purchases into a single order.
Your packages are carefully packed, with appropriate dimensions and protection to ensure the safety of your items, including the most fragile ones.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to inform us if you wish to return an item.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and unused.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service who will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective products.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange within 7 business days.
